Aam ka Murabba

Ingredients:

  • Raw Mangoes 1 kg
  • Sugar ½ kg
  • Water 2 cup
  • Cardamoms 6
  • Cinnamon 2 pieces
  • Water 1 litre
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp

Method:

  1.  Peeled dry mangoes and cut into small pieces.
  2.   In a pan, boiled water add dry mangoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  3.  Now take it out in water, sieve and dry.
  4. In another pan, add water, sugar, cinnamon, cardamoms and cook syrup.
  5. When sugar melt add dry mangoes and cook for further 5 minutes.
  6. Add vinegar and removes from the stove.
  7. Cool it and pour in jar.
