Ingredients:
- Raw Mangoes 1 kg
- Sugar ½ kg
- Water 2 cup
- Cardamoms 6
- Cinnamon 2 pieces
- Water 1 litre
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
Method:
- Peeled dry mangoes and cut into small pieces.
- In a pan, boiled water add dry mangoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now take it out in water, sieve and dry.
- In another pan, add water, sugar, cinnamon, cardamoms and cook syrup.
- When sugar melt add dry mangoes and cook for further 5 minutes.
- Add vinegar and removes from the stove.
- Cool it and pour in jar.
