Achari Chicken Boti By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg 12 pcs
  • Achar masala 2 tbsp cup
  • Achar gosht masala 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
  • Fennel seeds grinded 1 ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili grinded 1 tbsp
  • Papaya 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup

Method:

 

  1. Marinate chicken boti with papaya ginger garlic.
  2. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, salt.
  3. Add achaar masala, achaar gosht masala
  4. And all the rest put in a greased oven trey bake on 180 degrees for 35 mins give dum of coal.
