Ingredients:
- Bengal Gram Split (boiled) 1 cup
- White Lentil (boiled) ½ cup
- Garlic (chopped) 2 tsp
- Tomato Paste 250 gms
- Green Chilies 6
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Chaat Masala 2 tsp
- Tamparind Pulp 4 tbsp
- Red Chili 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Fennel Seeds 1tsp
- Cinnamon seeds 1 tsp
- Nigella Seeds ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Curry Leaves 6
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil add garlic and fry.
- Now add cinnamon seeds, nigella seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and curry leaves.
- When aroma comes add tomato paste and tamparind pulp.
- Then add red chili, turmeric, salt, curry leaves and fry.
- Add both lentils and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- In the end, sprinkles coriander leaves, chaat masala and serve.
