Ingredients:
- Beef mince ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chili powder ½ tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Tomatoes 2
- Curry leaves a few
- Garlic 8 cloves
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Onion seeds ½ tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
- Green chilies 3 – 4
- Onion 2
- Oil ¼ cup
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok, add in ½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp mustard seeds
- Add a pinch of fenugreek seeds and a few curry leaves. Sauté for a few seconds.
- Add 2 chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
- Now add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mince. Fry very well.
- Add 1 tsp turmeric, ½ tbsp chili powder, salt to taste
- Add 2 chopped tomatoes, ½ tsp cumin seeds, remaining fenugreek seeds
- Add curry leaves, onion seeds and 3 – 4 green chilies. Cover and cook till done.
- Lastly heat oil in a wok, add in 8 cloves of chopped garlic, sauté till golden brown.
- Remove the cooked mince in a serving dish, sprinkle fried garlic on top
- Serve with boiled rice or chapatti.
