Achari Teenday Aur Makai

Ingredients:

  • Teenday half kg peeled and finally sliced
  • Achari masala 2 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp heaped
  • Tomatoes (blended) 2
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Kalonji ½ tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
  • Allspice ¼ tsp
  • Green chilies (sliced) 3
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Corns ½ cup

 

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add onions.
  2. Fry till light golden, add ginger garlic, choperised tomatoes, all the rest with achari masala and yoghurt.
  3. Fry for 5 min, add slice tendas, with half cup water.
  4. Leave it on Dum for 15 – 20 min.
  5. served garnished with green.
