Ingredients:
- Teenday half kg peeled and finally sliced
- Achari masala 2 tbsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Yogurt ¼ cup
- Onion sliced 1
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp heaped
- Tomatoes (blended) 2
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Kalonji ½ tsp
- Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
- Allspice ¼ tsp
- Green chilies (sliced) 3
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Corns ½ cup
Method:
- Heat oil, add onions.
- Fry till light golden, add ginger garlic, choperised tomatoes, all the rest with achari masala and yoghurt.
- Fry for 5 min, add slice tendas, with half cup water.
- Leave it on Dum for 15 – 20 min.
- served garnished with green.
