Ingredients:
- Potatoes 2 cut into 1 inch cubes
- Cauliflower 250 gm
- Oil ¼ cup
- Onion 1 chopped
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Green chilies 4 sliced
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 inch piece thinly sliced
- Yogurt 3 tbsp
- Tomato 1 chopped
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil add chopped onion,
- fry until soft add cumin seeds, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, fry for 2 minutes,
- add potatoes , cauliflower with chopped tomatoes, fry well, add salt, chili powder, turmeric with ½ cup water,
- cover and cook till nearly done,
- add yogurt, again cover,
- lastly add chopped ginger and chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve with puri.
