Adraki Jhinga (Ginger Prawns) Recipes

 

Ingredients:

Prawns

Tomatoes

Yogurt

Ginger Garlic Paste

Red Chili Powder

Crushed cumin seeds

Turmeric Powder

Salt

Oil

Finely Chopped Ginger

Green Chillies

METHOD:

  • In a pan, add prawns, water, tomatoes, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, crushed cumin seeds and cover it.
  • When prawns are tender, water dries in separate pan heat oil add finely chopped ginger, green chilies cut in lengthwise. Sprinkle in the prepared prawns, removes from the stove.
