Afghani Chops
Mutton Chops ½ kg
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Papaya Paste ½ cup
Cinnamon Powder ½ tsp
Oil as required
Lahori Salt to taste
For Garnish
Onion ( Cut Into Circle) 2-3
Lettuce Leaves 2-3
Tomatoes 2-3
Method
Take a mixing bowl add ½ kg of mutton chops, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper , 1 tbsp of garlic paste , ½ cup of papaya paste , ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and add to taste salt and add as required lahori namak mix it well and marinate and leave for ½ an hour. Now take marinated mutton chops skewer into barbeque sticks and smoke on a coals, (if u want to steam it or bake it on a oven and fry also). When its ready take it out in a s erving platter and garnish with 2-3 onions (circles), 2-3 lettuce leave , 2-3 tomatoes and serve it.
