Ingredients:
- Sela Rice ½ kg
- Meat ½ kg
- Carrot 250gm
- Apple 2
- Salt ½ tsp
- Onion 1
- Tomatoes 250gm
- Almonds 50gm
- Raisin 50gm
- Black paper crushed 1tbsp
- Ginger Garlic 1tbsp
- Green Chilies 4
- Clarified butter ½ cup
Method:
- Soak rice for 4 hours and boil . now in mutton add 6 glass water , ½ tsp salt.
- Add ginger garlic , green chilies and bring it to boil.
- When meat gets tender remove, now heat ½ cup ghee fry onions till brown.
- Now add boil meat and fry till brown.
- Now add tomatoes , stock , salt , black pepper and boil rice mix well.
- Now give dum to the rice.
- Now the remaining ghee add apple , carrots , raisin.
- Add almonds fry and sprinkle on rice and serve.
