Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Milk as required
- Salt to taste
- Butter as required
Method:
- Mix flour, yeast, ghee, sugar and ghee in a bowl.
- Take Luke warm milk and make soft dough.
- Let it rest for 30 mins minimum.
- When the dough has fully risen, punch down the dough and make small round balls.
- With the help of your hand flatten it out and let it rest again.
- In a pre heated oven (200c) bake the naan for 10 to 12 minutes.
- After taking them out of the even spray a few drops of water and brush the naan with butter.
- Serve hot.
