Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken (slice) ½ kg
- Garlic (finely chopped) 10-15 cloves
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Green Chilies (sliced) 8-10 pc
- Chili Garlic Sauce ½ cup
- Soya Sauce 2-3 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Almonds 1 cup
- Chinese Salt as required
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil, & fry garlic.
- Now add Boneless Chicken & stir fry it.
- When color is slightly change then add black pepper, chili garlic sauce, soya sauce salt and Chinese salt & fry it.
- Now add almonds, green chilies and lemon juice & mix it.
- In last, dish out & serve it.
