Ingredients :
1/4 cup Blanched Almonds
2 cups Milk
1/4 tsp Cardamom Seeds
3 tbsp Honey
Method :
Place the nuts in a blender and process until finely chopped. Add 2/3 cup milk and process until smooth paste. Pour the milk into a pan and whisk the remaining milk. Boil the milk. add the cardamom seeds. Remove the pan from the heat and add honey. Strain the milk and blend for a frothy effect and serve at once.
