Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes ½ kg
- Oil for frying
- Black salt ½ tsp
- Chaat masala 2 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ kg
- Tamarind pulp ½ cup
- Papri 4-5
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- In pan heat oil potatoes fry for 6 to 8 minutes and dish out and set aside
- Then sprinkling chaat masala then in a bowl tamarind pulp
- Add sugar, 1/2 tsp ,cumin ½ tsp ,black salt add
- Now mix then a side now 1/2tsp salt ,yogurt mix
- Then mix potatoes and pour tamarind paste .
- Then remaining chaat and crushed papri mix and serve .
