Aloo Chaat

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes                                                ½ kg
  • Oil                                                                           for frying
  • Black salt                                                              ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala                                                     2 tbsp
  • Yogurt                                                                   ½ kg
  • Tamarind pulp                                                   ½ cup
  • Papri                                                                      4-5
  • Sugar                                                                     2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds                                                      ½ tsp
  • Salt                                                                         1 tsp

Method:

  1.  In pan heat oil potatoes fry for 6 to 8 minutes and dish out and set aside
  2. Then sprinkling chaat masala then in a bowl tamarind pulp
  3. Add sugar, 1/2 tsp ,cumin ½ tsp ,black salt add
  4. Now mix then a side now 1/2tsp salt ,yogurt mix
  5. Then mix potatoes and pour tamarind paste .
  6. Then remaining chaat and crushed papri mix and serve .
