Aloo & Chana Pulao Recipes

Chick Peas (Boiled) Rice (Boiled) Yellow Food Color Mint Leaves Oil Bay Leaves Star Anise Seeds Green Chilies Cardamoms Onion Black Peppercorns Turmeric Powder Ginger Garlic Paste Black Cumin Seeds Nutmeg and Mace Salt |

Method:
- In a pan, heat oil adds fry onions until golden brown.
- Now, add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, nutmeg and mace powder, bay leaves, black pepper corns, black cumin seeds, cardamoms and fry.
- Then, add boiled chick peas, and potatoes.
- Now add mint leaves, green chilies spread the chick peas and boiled rice.
- Then 1 pinch yellow food color, in the end, let it simmer for half an hour.
- Aloo Chana Pulao is ready.
