Anda Daal Fried Rice
Ingredients
Boiled Sela Rice 300 grams
Finely Chopped Garlic 4-5
Eggs 3-4
Boiled Bengal Gram 1 cup
Finely Chopped Capsicum 1
Finely Chopped Carrot 1
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Finely Chopped Green Chilies 2-3
Chicken Cube 1
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt as required
Method
Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil , heat the oil add 3-4 eggs and add to taste salt, and half fry the eggs and set aside. Take another cooking pan add as required oil, add 4-5 finely chopped garlic and fry add 1 finely chopped carrot, 1 finely chopped capsicum, 1 chicken cube 1 cup boiled Bengal gram, 2 tbsp of soya sauce, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, mix it well. Now take 300 grams of boiled sela rice add as required water and steam it when the steam is done take it out in a serving platter and garnish with fried eggs and serve it.
