Anda Daal:
Ingredients:
1 cup Daal mash
2 tbsp masoor Daal
1/2 cup onion (sliced)
1 medium tomato ( sliced)
4-6 green chillies
1/2 cup oil
1cup water/ chicken stock
2 tsp garlic chopped
1 tbsp ginger ( julienne cut)
2 tsp Taara garm masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
2-3 egg ( beaten)
2 tbsp green coriander( chopped)
Method:
Heat oil in a pan , fry onion till light golden brown.
Add garlic, tomato, salt , red chilli powder, turmeric, cook untill becomes a masala.
Add mash Daal and masoor Daal with 1 cup of water/ chicken stock, cook till Daal is done.
Add beaten eggs and cook while stirring continuously.
At the end add Taara garm masala, green chillies, ginger and green coriander, leave it for few minutes on dum.
