Ingredients:
- Hard Boil Eggs 6
- Oil ½ cup
- Brown Onion (ground) 4 tbsp
- Tomato Puree 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes (blended) 3
- Chili Powder 1 ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil add paste.
- Add all the seasoning with brown onion and cook for 5 min.
- Add 1 cup water cook till gravy thick.
- Add whole hard boil eggs, cook until hot
- Serve immediately garnish with coriander leaves.
