Anda Masala by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Hard Boil Eggs 6
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Brown Onion (ground) 4 tbsp
  • Tomato Puree 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes (blended) 3
  • Chili Powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tsp

 

Method:

  1. Heat oil add paste.
  2. Add all the seasoning with brown onion and cook for 5 min.
  3. Add 1 cup water cook till gravy thick.
  4. Add whole hard boil eggs, cook until hot
  5. Serve immediately garnish with coriander leaves.
