Anda Qeema Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Beef Mince                    ½ kg
  • Onions                           2
  • Garlic                              1 tbsp
  • Ginger                            1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies                 4-6
  • Oil                                   ½ cup
  • Red Chili Powder          1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes                      5
  • Turmeric                        1 tsp
  • Cumin                            2 tbsp
  • Eggs                                6
  • Black Pepper                 1 tsp
  • Salt                                 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves          4 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and  fry onions. Now add ginger garlic and fry
  2. Now add mince, tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes, add all seasonings.
  3. Now pour 4 cups water and cook till it starts boiling, now cover and cook
  4. Now add chopped green chilies and coriander,
  5. Add eggs on the tops and cook for 7-8 minutes,
  6. Lastly add salt, pepper and coriander. Serve Hot
