Ingredients:
- Beef Mince ½ kg
- Onions 2
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies 4-6
- Oil ½ cup
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 5
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Cumin 2 tbsp
- Eggs 6
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions. Now add ginger garlic and fry
- Now add mince, tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes, add all seasonings.
- Now pour 4 cups water and cook till it starts boiling, now cover and cook
- Now add chopped green chilies and coriander,
- Add eggs on the tops and cook for 7-8 minutes,
- Lastly add salt, pepper and coriander. Serve Hot
