Anday ki Karahi by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Eggs                        6-8
  • Onion (large chopped)                1
  • Oil                                    ½ cup
  • Potatoes (peeled, cubed & boiled)    2
  • Ginger Garlic                    1 tsp heaped
  • Tomatoes (chopped)            4
  • Salt                            1 ½ tsp leveled
  • Kasuri Meethi                1 tsp heaped
  • Chili Powder                 ½ tsp heaped
  • All Spice                        ½ tsp
  • Zeera (roasted & crushed)        1 tsp
  • Turmeric                        ½ tsp
  • Coriander Leaves chopped        1 bunch
  • Green Chilies 9chopped0        few
  • Coriander crushed                1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add chopped onion, fry till light golden
  2. Add in chopperiezed tomatoes with ginger/garlic
  3. Add dry seasoning, stir and cook masala, add potatoes, boiled eggs
  4. lastly add kasoori meethi and chopped greens.
  5. Serve with paratha.
