Ingredients:
- Boiled Eggs 6-8
- Onion (large chopped) 1
- Oil ½ cup
- Potatoes (peeled, cubed & boiled) 2
- Ginger Garlic 1 tsp heaped
- Tomatoes (chopped) 4
- Salt 1 ½ tsp leveled
- Kasuri Meethi 1 tsp heaped
- Chili Powder ½ tsp heaped
- All Spice ½ tsp
- Zeera (roasted & crushed) 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Coriander Leaves chopped 1 bunch
- Green Chilies 9chopped0 few
- Coriander crushed 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil, add chopped onion, fry till light golden
- Add in chopperiezed tomatoes with ginger/garlic
- Add dry seasoning, stir and cook masala, add potatoes, boiled eggs
- lastly add kasoori meethi and chopped greens.
- Serve with paratha.
