Apricot Sauce

Apricot Sauce
Ingredients
Apricot 125 grams
Vinegar ½ cup
Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
Cinnamon Powder 1 pinch
Sugar ½ cup
Crushed and Roasted Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
take ½ cup of apricot soak it and separate with seeds and make a paste. Take a cooking a cooking pan add ½ cup of vinegar , 1 tsp crushed red chili, 1 pinch of cinnamon powder,1/2 cup of sugar , 1 tsp of crushed and roasted cumin seeds , 2 tbsp of butter and add to taste salt, mix it well and add ½ cup of water and cook. Take a blender add all the mixture and blend it all, make a sauce and then again add into the sauce pan. At last take it out in a serving bowl and serve it.
