Arizona Chicken by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast Fillet 2 flattened
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • White Pepper ½ tsp
  • Mustard Paste ½ tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Flour (to coat) 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Parsley (finely chopped) 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tsp
  • White Pepper ¼ tsp

 

For Grilling:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 oz

 

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken breast with salt, white pepper, mustard, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice for ½ an hour.
  2. Then fold fillets in dry flour and grill in oil or butter from both sides for 7-8 minutes.
  3. Remove in a platter.
  4. Heat extra butter and add ginger garlic paste, white pepper and finely chopped parsley, stir and remove and immediately pour over chicken fillet.
  5. Serve with fires or mash potatoes
