Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast Fillet 2 flattened
- Salt ½ tsp
- White Pepper ½ tsp
- Mustard Paste ½ tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tsp
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp
- Flour (to coat) 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 oz
- Parsley (finely chopped) 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tsp
- White Pepper ¼ tsp
For Grilling:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 oz
Method:
- Marinate chicken breast with salt, white pepper, mustard, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice for ½ an hour.
- Then fold fillets in dry flour and grill in oil or butter from both sides for 7-8 minutes.
- Remove in a platter.
- Heat extra butter and add ginger garlic paste, white pepper and finely chopped parsley, stir and remove and immediately pour over chicken fillet.
- Serve with fires or mash potatoes
