Attay aur Gur ka halwa

Ingredients:

  • Whole flour                        1 cup
  • Jaggery                                 1 cup
  • Semolina                             2 tbsp
  • Clarified butter                 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder         2 pinches
  • Mix nuts                              as required
  • Water                                   as required

Method:

  1. Heat clarified butter add semolina and roast well.
  2. Also add whole flour cook well.
  3. Add jaggery with 1-1/2 cup of water and cardamom powder.
  4. When done add mix nuts, serve.
