Ingredients:
- Whole flour 1 cup
- Jaggery 1 cup
- Semolina 2 tbsp
- Clarified butter 1 cup
- Cardamom powder 2 pinches
- Mix nuts as required
- Water as required
Method:
- Heat clarified butter add semolina and roast well.
- Also add whole flour cook well.
- Add jaggery with 1-1/2 cup of water and cardamom powder.
- When done add mix nuts, serve.
