Aussie Meat Balls
Ingredients
For Meat Balls
Beef mince ( Double grinded) ½ kg
Garlic Cloves 4-5
Onion 1
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Curry Powder 1 tbsp
Egg 1-2
Bread Crumbs ½ cup
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
For Sauce
Ketchup 1 cup
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Onion 1
Chicken Stock ½ liter
Steak Sauce 3-4 tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce ½ cup
Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Oil 1-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
For meat balls: Take a chopper add ½ kg of beef mince double grinded , 4-5 garlic cloves , 1 onion, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper , 1 tbsp of curry powder, 1-2 eggs, ½ cup of bread crumbs, blend it to make a paste and set aside. For sauce: take a cooking pan add 1-2 tbsp of oil , heat the oil ,add 1 onion, 1 tbsp of garlic paste and fry then add 3-4 tbsp of steak sauce,1/2 cup of Wooster shear sauce, 2-3 tbsp of vinegar, 2 tbsp of brown sugar, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, mix it well and cook now sauce is ready. At last take a serving bowl place fried meat balls and pour the sauce on the top of it and serve it.
