Badami Kulfi Recipe

BADAMI KULFI
Ingredients:
Fresh Milk 1 liter
Sugar 2 Cup
Khoya 250 gm
Chopped Almonds 25
Small Cardamoms 8
Vermicelli 1 cup
Rice Flour 4-5 tbsp
Condensed Milk ½ tin

Method:
• Grind small Cardamom and sugar together.
• In a pan, add in 1 liter milk and small cardamom. Cook it.
• Then add in 2 cups of sugar.
• Add in boiled vermicelli. Then add in flour gradually.
• Add in khoya, almonds, condensed Milk and beat them.
• Freeze and serve.
