Baingun aur Qeemay ka Bharta By Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Eggplants 3
  • Beef Mince 250 gm
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Raw Grinded Onions 2
  • Chopped Onions 2
  • Roasted White Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger Powder 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind Pulp 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Mint 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Lemon Juice as required

 

Method:

  1. Roast egg plan on flam and blend with water then in a skillet heat oil add chopped onion and cook till golden brown and spread on a tray then in a skillet put raw onion make light pink add beef mince turmeric red chili powder ginger and eggplant and cook.
  2. Now add green chili tamarind pulp salt roasted and grinded cumin and lemon juice and let it cook for 5 minutes in the end garnish with fried onion and mint and serve.
