Ingredients:
- Beef cubes ½ Kg
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Millet flour ½ Kg
- Coriander leaves ½ bunch
- Green chilies (chopped) 4-5
- Onion (finely chopped) 1
- Red chili flakes 1tsp
- Crushed Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Water as required
- Oil as required
Method:
- Marinate beef cubes with vinegar, ginger garlic paste and black pepper powder over night.
- In a bowl take marinated cubes.
- Now add chopped coriander, green chilies, onion, red chili flake, coriander, cumin, chaat masala and yogurt.
- Mix well
- Next add millet flour and make a thick paste with the help of water.
- Leave this mixture for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok on medium flame.
- Now with the help of your hands drop small balls into the oil.
- Fry kababs until golden brown.
- Serve hot with raita and chutney.
