Baked and Steamed Green Chicken by Chef Gulzar in Dawat

Ingredients
Whole Chicken (With Skin)                     1
Garlic Paste                                 2-3 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper                         1 tsp
Red Chili Paste                             2-3 tbsp
Lemon Juice                                 3-4 tbsp
Oregano                                     1 pinch
Thyme                                     1 pinch
Oil                                         2 tbsp
Salt                                         to taste
For Green Paste
Mint Leaves                                1 bunch
Coriander                                 1 bunch
Green Chilies                                 5-6
Salt                                         to taste
For Garnish
Tomatoes                                 1
Cucumber                                 1
Lettuce Leaves                             3-4

Method
For green paste: Take a blender jug add 1 bunch of coriander, 5-6 green chilies, 1 bunch of mint leaves and add to taste salt, blend it to make a paste. Take a mixing bowl add 2-3 tbsp of garlic , 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, 2-3 tbsp of red chili paste, 2 tbsp of oil, 3-4 tbsp of lemon juice, add to taste salt and add green paste mix it well and fry make the batter. Take 1 whole chicken (with skin ) marinade the chicken for ½ an hour and then steam it for 20-25 minutes then bake it on preheated oven when its golden brown take it out. At last take it out in a serving platter and garnish with 1 tomato , 1 cucumber, 3-4 lettuce leaves and serve it.
