BAKED CHICKEN FINGERS

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Fingercut       1 kg
  • Eggs          2
  • Bread Crumbs     1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste       1 tsp
  • Mustard Paste       1 tsp
  • Salt         1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice      1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper       ½ tsp
  • Crushed Red Chilies        ½ tsp
  • Oil          4 tbsp

 

Method:

 

 

  1. For making chicken fingers, cut 1 kg chicken boneless in fingercut.
  2. Now in these pieces put 2 eggs, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp crushed red chilies, 1 tsp mustard paste.
  4. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and keep it for a while.
  5. Now roll it in 1 cup bread crumbs and put it in oven proof dish and put oil on it.
  6. In the end, bake it on 180C for 30 minutes.
