Baked Chicken with Broast Sauce

Ingredients:
Chicken (8 pieces)            ½ kg
Garlic                        1 tsp
Salt                            ¾ tsp
Black Pepper (crushed)        1 tsp
Vinegar                        1-2 tbsp
Soya Sauce                    1 tbsp
Red Pepper (crushed)        1 tbsp
Oil                            2 tbsp
For Broast Sauce:
Yogurt                        ½ cup
Potato (boiled)                1
Green Chilies (chopped)        1
Garlic                        ½ tsp
Salt                            ½ tsp                                    

Method:
Marinate chicken pieces with all the ingredients in 1st column, leave it for 30 minutes. Bake in a greased pan for 3o min. Remove in a serving platter, spread with prepared sauce , garnish with parsley and serve

For sauce:
Blend all together
