Baked Mushroom Rice
Ingredients:
- Rice (Soaked) 1-1/2 cup
- Green Onion (Slice) ½ cup
- Oil ¼ cup
- Mushroom (Slice) 1 tin
- Stock 2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry onion for few second.
- Add mushroom and sauté.
- Add stock, salt and black pepper powder.
- When it boils add rice and cook till one boil comes.
- Add all mixture in baking dish and cover with foil, bake for 25 to30 min.
