Balochi Karahi

Ingredients:

 

  • Chicken                         1kg
  • Garlic                             1tbsp
  • Ginger                            1tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed  1tbsp
  • Cumin crushed             2tbsp
  • Chaat masala                1tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Salt                                ½ tsp
  • Ginger sliced                 3tbsp
  • Coriander crushed       2tbsp
  • Oil                                  ½ cup
  • Green chilies                 3
  • Black salt                      ½ tsp
  • Red pepper crushed     1tsp
  • Onion sliced                 1

 

Method:

  1. In a pan heat oil and fry chicken on high flame for 15 min , and set aside .
  2. Now heat oil in a pan and fry onion.
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry .
  4. Now add cumin , coriander , red chili powder , crushed pepper and fry for ½ min .
  5. Now add chicken , black salt , salt , and half cup of water cover &cook for 5 min .
  6. Now lid and add green chilies , black pepper  and fry for 1 min .
  7. Lastly add chaat masala and serve .
