Ingredients:
- Chicken 750 gm
- Clarified butter 1 cup
- Crushed garlic ½ cup
- Finely chopped ginger 4 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 4 tbsp
- Whole green chilies 8-10
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Finely chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
Method:
- Heat clarified butter add chopped garlic and whole chilies fry lightly.
- Add yogurt chicken, salt, chopped green chilies sauté.
- Then add water cook for 15 minute.
- When it done add lemon juice, all spice powder, ginger and green chilies fry.
- In the end add chopped ginger and green coriander serve.
