Balochi Tikka Karahi

Ingredients:

  • Chicken                                                750 gm
  • Clarified butter                 1 cup
  • Crushed garlic                    ½ cup
  • Finely chopped ginger   4 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies   4 tbsp
  • Whole green chilies        8-10
  • All spice powder               1 tsp
  • Salt                                         1-1/2 tsp
  • Finely chopped green coriander                                1 bunch
  • Lemon juice                       2 tbsp
  • Yogurt                                   ½ cup

Method:

  1. Heat clarified butter add chopped garlic  and whole chilies fry lightly.
  2. Add yogurt chicken, salt, chopped green chilies sauté.
  3. Then add water cook for 15 minute.
  4. When it done add lemon juice, all spice powder, ginger and green chilies fry.
  5. In the end add chopped ginger and green coriander serve.
