Ingredients:
Butter 8 ounces
Caster sugar 8 ounces
Flour 12 ounces
Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
Baking soda 1 ½ tsp
Salt quarter tsp
Banana essence ½ tsp
Yoghrt 6 ounces
Eggs 4 separated
Bananas 4 mashed
Walnut chopped ½ cup
Method:
Beat butter by gradually adding in sugar, add in egg yolks beat till crème, add essence mashed banana and beaten youghrt. Beat egg white stiff and fold in the mixture. Sieve flour baking powder and soda, fold in the mixture, leave little flour, and mix with walnuts and then fold. Greased your tin pour mixture in it bake on 180 degrees for 45 minutes, served with the thin custard or crème,
