Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Flour 2 cups
- Salt ½ tsp
- Soda by carb ¼ tsp
- In a bowl mix together
- Melted ghee ½ cup
- Milk ½ cup
- Egg 1
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Caster sugar 1 tbsp
Method:
- In a bowl add dry ingredients, mix with all the wet ingredients, mix and knead well.
- If required add water, dough should be soft, cover and leave it for 4 hours at room temperature.
- Make about 12 balls, roll into ¼ plate size, spread with 1 tbsp ghee, sprinkle flour, roll like Swiss roll and longish, again form into a flour
- leave it for awhile covered
- now roll into parathas and deep fry.
