Bangkok BBQ Chicken Recipe by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients of Marination:

  • Chicken Boneless breast 2 flatten
  • Marinate with garlic crushed 1/2tsp
  • Oregano leaves ½ tsp
  • Thyme leaves ½ tsp
  • Paprika ½ tsp
  • Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Hoi son sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste ½ tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

 

Ingredients for Sauce:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion 3 tbsp chopped
  • Crushed garlic 1+1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 1 cup into tiny cubes
  • BBQ sauce 4 tbsp
  • Roasted peanuts crushed 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 oz

 

Method of marination:

  1. Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients.
  2. Heat 1 oz butter in a fry pan add crushed garlic with your marinated chicken pan fry for 10 minutes until tender, in another sauce pan heat oil for sauce.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic fry for 2 minutes till onion sauce.
  4. Add in tomatoes with quarter cup water, salt and BBQ sauce.
  5. Cook for 1 minute and remove.
  6. To serve put the cooked chicken on platter top with prepared sauce serve garnish with crushed peanuts and garlic rice mold.
