Ingredients:
- Chicken (Boneless) 200gm
- Bar B Q Masala 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp
- Salad for Dressing:
- Olive Oil 4 tbsp
- Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
For Salad:
- Carrot (finely chopped) 3 pc
- Onion (finely chopped) 2 pc
- Tomato (finely chopped) 3 pc
- Cucumber (finely chopped) 2 pc
- Salad Leaves/ Ice berg 6-7 pc
- Garlic Cloves 2 pc
Method:
- Marinate chicken with bar b q masala and lemon juice then fry it.
For Dressing:
- In a mixing bowl, add olive oil, soya sauce, salt, lemon juice and black pepper.
- Mix it well.
- Now add all vegetables & chicken & mix it again.
- Dish out & serve it.
