Bean Curd In Sweet Corn Soup

Recipe Ingredients

Chicken stock 8 cups
Chicken breast 1 thinly sliced
Salt ½ tsp + 1 tsp
White pepper ½ tsp + ½ tsp
Egg white 1
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Bean curd 3 cut in half inch cube
Carrot 1 small cut in half inch cubes
Spring onion leaves 2 tbsp chopped
Mushrooms 3 chopped
Sweet corn 1 cup
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Egg 1 beaten
Corn flour ½ cup mixed with half cup water

Recipe Method

Marinate thinly sliced chicken with salt, pepper ½ tsp each, egg white and corn flour, heat stock add marinated chicken add all the chopped vegetables, bean curd and sweet corn with salt, white pepper, soya sauce, thicken soup with corn flour paste, lastly add beaten egg, stir and remove.
