Ingredients:
Gram Flour (roasted) 1 cup
Mince ½ kg
Papaya 2 tbsp
Fried Onions 1 cup
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 1
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Star Anise Powder ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Carom Seeds ½ tsp
Green Chilies 4
Oil for frying
Method:
• In a chopper, chopped mince, fried onion, green chilies, cumin seeds and carom seeds
• Now add gram flour, papaya, ginger garlic, garam masala powder, salt, egg, red chili powder star anise powder and mix well.
• And make kababs and fry in hot oil.
