Ingredients:
- Beef bong (cubed) 1 kg
- Beef bones ½ kg
- Onion 4 large
- Oil ½ cup
- Sela rice 3 cup
- Food color ¼ tsp
- Screwpine water 6 tbsp
- All spices powder 2 tbsp
- Whole spices 3 tbsp
- Yogurt 3 cup
- Lemon (slice) 2
- Coriander chopped 3 tbsp
- Green chili slice 6
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Dry plum 8 to 10
- Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a pan heat oil and fry onions and half onions remove and keep a side.
- Now garlic and ginger and remaining onion fry.
- Then beef and beef bones 5 minutes fry and add all spices powder
- Add red chili, turmeric, coriander powder and dry plump fry for 2 minutes.
- Now salt and 6 cup of water add and cook bring to boiled and meat around tender.
- After this covered remove and cook on high flame till than water dry
- Add yogurt and cook for 2 minutes and bones remove.
- Now whole spices and spices powder add and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then lemon, coriander and green chili mix.
- Now rice mix in salted water and boil then remove water and spread on qorma.
- Then in the top of sprinkling food colour and cook on low heat for 15 minutes and then mix and serve.
