Beef Bulgogi Steak recipe by Shireen Anwar is to be deliciously cooked at live cooking show “Masala Mornings” on Masala TV only.
Ingredients:
- Under cut 2, 8 ounces each
- Suree light soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Suree dark soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Boiled rice 1 cup
- Spring onions chopped 2 tbsp
- Suree sesame oil 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Ingredients for sauce:
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Stalk 1 cup
- Salt half tsp
- Black pepper half tsp
- Fries to serve
- Chopped parsley
Method:
1. Marinate undercut with both the soy sauce, oyster sauce, mustard paste, sugar, garlic, Fry the steak in quarter cup oil and take out.
2. Heat oil; fry the steaks for 10 mins and remove.
3. In the same pan add butter, flour with salt and pepper and stalk.
4. When thick add in the beef steak.
5. Cook for 5 mins.
6. Remove and serve with fries and boiled rice.
7. Serve garnished with parsley.
