Ingredients:
- Beef (Under Cut) 300 grams
- Cabbage (Slice) Half
- Green Beans( Slice) 150 grams
- Green Onion 3-4 sticks
- Onion Chopped 2
- Carrot (slice) 1
- Ginger Garlic Chopped 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp
- Chicken Cube 1
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a cooking pan add 3-4 tbsp of oil, heat the oil
- Add 2 tbsp of chopped ginger garlic,2 onions and fry 1-2 minutes.
- Now add 300 grams of beef fry In a high flame till its change the colour
- Now add 150 grams of green beans,1 carrot slice, 3-4 sticks of green onion
- Cook for 5-7 minutes in a high flame
- Now add 1 chicken cube,1 tsp of crushed black pepper, a pinch of salt
- Add 1 tbsp of soya sauce, as required water mix the half cabbage mix it well
- Cook 2-3 minutes now dissolve 2 tbsp of corn flour in water
- Add small in beef chop suey mix it well
- when the sauce is thicken dish out the beef chop suey and garnish with spring onion leaves and serve it.
