Ingredients:
- Egg Noodles 1 packet
- Beef Strips ½ kg
- Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Carrot 1
- Capsicum 1
- Spring Onions 2
- Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
- Brown Sugar 1 tsp
- Paprika Powder 2 tsp
- Water 1 cup
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil add garlic, beef strips and fry well.
- Now add water and leave it for tender.
- When they are tenders, add crushed red chilies,salt, black pepper, brown sugar, tomato ketchup, paprika powder, vinegar and eggs noodles.
- After this, add finely chopped carrots, capsicums,spring onions and fry well.
- Let it simmer for 5 minutes and removes from the stove.
