Ingredients:
Beef Mince ½ kg
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
Chopped Green chilies 4
Lemons 3
Garlic 3 cloves
Salt to taste
Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
Chopped Green coriander 1 bunch
Oil ½ cup
Method:
In a pan, add in ½ cup oil, chopped garlic cloves, fry them till they are golden brown. Then add in meat. Cook it. Now add in 1 tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, chopped green chilies. Cook it and add in lemon juice. Then add in chopped ginger. In the end, add chopped coriander. Serve hot.
