Beef in Oyster and Black Pepper Sauce By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Undercut Meat (julienned) half kg
  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt half tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • White Pepper ¼ tsp
  • Orange Color a pinch

 

Ingredients for sauce:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Dark Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt half tsp
  • Chicken Powder half tsp
  • Chili Oil 1 tbsp
  • Onion (cubed) 1
  • Capsicum (cubed) 1
  • Spring Onions (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Marinate beef with all the given ingredients deep fry for 10 mins keep aside.

 

Method for Sauce:

  1. Heat oil adds garlic, with sauces and seasonings, fried beef, and onion and capsicum cubes lastly add chili oil garlic with spring onion leaves and sesame seeds.
