Ingredients:
- Beef Mince 300 grams
- Corn Flour ½ cup
- Bread Crumbs 1 cup
- Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
- White Pepper Powder ½ tsp
- Garlic Powder ½ tsp
- Eggs 2-3
- Chinese Salt ½ tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- For Decoration
- Lettuce Leaves as required
- Tomatoes 2
Method:
- Take 300 grams of a beef mince add to taste salt, ½ tsp of garlic powder, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper powder, ½ tsp of white pepper powder, ½ tsp of Chinese salt chop it into the chopper.
- Now take a mixing bowl add 3 eggs and beat it.
- Now take the beef mixture add it into any mold or shape it with hands like nuggets then coat into ½ cup of corn flour then coat into beat eggs then coat with 1 cup of bread crumbs.
- Now repeat this process and ready all the nuggets.
- Take a deep wok add oil, heat the oil and fry the nuggets slowly slowly till its golden brown.
- Make sure the flame is not high.
- At last take it out in a serving platter and garnish with as required lettuce leaves 2 tomatoes and serve it.
