INGREDIENTS:
Beef 1 kg
Yogurt 375g
Oil 1 cup
Fried Onions 1 cup
Finely Chopped ginger, Green Chilies as required
Bay Leaves 1
Cardamoms 6
Kewra Essence Few drops
Cumin 1 tsp
Whole Black Pepper 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Mace Powder ½ tsp
Cream of Tartar ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Coconut Powder 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1- ½ tsp
METHOD:
In a grinder, add cumin, whole black pepper, coconut powder and mace powder and chop it. Now take it out in a bowl and add ½ tsp turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cardamoms, bay leaf, cream of tartar and few drops of kewra essence and mix it properly. Put it in beef, yogurt and onions. Fry them and mix it for 30 minutes and then leave it. Heat oil and add beef in it and cover it and keep it for 30 minutes. When beef tenders, then add water as required. When boil comes, then add finely chopped ginger and green chilies and serve.
