Ingredients:
- Beef Cubes ½ kg
- Gram Lentil 1 cup
- Red Chilies 8
- Black Pepper 6
- Black Cardamoms 2
- Cinnamon a piece
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Ginger 1 small piece
- Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves (chopped) 1 bunch
- Mint Leaves (finely chopped) 1 bunch
- Green Chilies (Julienned) 4
- Onion (finely chopped) 1
- Ginger (Julienned) 1 piece
- Egg Whites 2
- Corn flour/ Rice Flour 2 tbsp
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Wash beef pieces and boil it together with gram lentil with big cardamom, black peppercorn, red chili, salt, coriander seeds, cumin and hot water.
- Cook it till the meat tenders.
- Chop the boiled meat.
- Add in coriander, mint leaves, Chopped green chilies, onion, ginger, corn flour and white cumin.
- Grease your hand. Make kabab and fry them till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
