Ingredients
Sela Rice 500 grams
Beef (Slices) 300 grams
Yogurt 250 grams
Eggs 6
Onion 1
Cinnamon Stick 2-3
Big green Chilies 3-4
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 3-4
Potatoes 3-4
Green Cardamoms 3-4
Cloves 3-4
Black Cardamoms 3-4
Red chili Powder 1 tbsp
Curry Powder 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder ½ tsp
Oil 1 cup
Salt to taste
Method
Take a cooking pan add 6 eggs, 3-4 potatoes boil it and peel off it. Take a cooking pan add 1 cup of cooking oil 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste brown it. Take 300 grams of beef , 2-3 cinnamon sticks, 3-4 green cardamoms, 3-4 cloves ,3-4 black cardamoms mix it well and fry. Take a mixing bowl add 250 grams of yogurt, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, ½ tsp of cumin powder, 2 tbsp of curry powder, and to taste salt mix it well and beat it add the mixture in a cooking pan oil until the oil comes up. Now add 500 grams of soaked sela rice and add as required water then add 3-4 tomatoes, 3-4 big green chilies, cook until the water is dry and beef is tender before steam add 3-4 boiled potatoes when the steam is done take it out in a serving platter, garnish with boiled eggs and serve it.
