Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Yogurt 250 gram
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Peanuts 1 tbsp
- Almonds 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 2 tsp
- Papaya paste 1 tbsp
- Milk ½ cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Onion 250 gram
- Tomato 2
- Green chili, coriander as required
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Method:
- Put papaya paste, ginger garlic paste and yogurt on chicken and leave.
- Heat oil and fry onion in it. Then add tomatoes.
- Add salt, turmeric, coriander powder, crushed red chili and all spice powder and saute gravy well.
- Roast sesame seeds, peanuts, almonds and poppy seeds then add to gravy.
- Now add marinated chicken and cover it.
- When chicken get tender saute well and add milk.
- When 1 to 2 boil comes add green chilies and green coriander.
