Bengali Rasgulla Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Milk                               2kg
  • Sugar ground                1cup
  • Pistachio chopped       ½ cup
  • Cream                           ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence             few drops
  • Cardamom powder      as required
  • Vinegar                         2tbsp
  • Coconut ground           1cup
  • Powder milk                 1cup
  • Red color                      few drops
  • Silver paper                  2

 

Method:

  1. Cook milk when it boils add vinegar to curdle.
  2. Now sieve the water with cloth , then water gets dry
  3. Add ground sugar , cardamom , powder milk and mix.
  4. Then divide into 2 parts , in one part add red color.
  5.   Now add cream and vanilla essence and mix.
  6. Now cut from the middle and add cream.
  7. Lastly add pistachio and coconut powder and serve with silver paper .
